BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE FINANCIAL MODULE (BRAC FM) SERVICE SUPPORT The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, Base Realignment and Closure Division (OACSIM BRAC), has a requirement for Base Realignment and Closure Financial Module (BRAC FM) support servies.
