This limited source justification is for a technological research and consulting firm, Gartner, Inc., to satisfy MEDCOM's requirement of subscriptions for research and advisory services that has extensive expertise in addressing HIT, cybersecurity, data analytics, logistics, human resources,and financial management issues.Gartner is the only company that has Secret clearances for both their personnel and facility. Critical to the readiness mission and transformation is the ability to support the reoccurring need for classified and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents and data review. Their facility supports meetings requiring Secret Clearance. OTSG/MEDCOM requires maximum flexibility with the cited expertise lanes in order to support the Pivot to Readiness Mission. Gartner offers an extensive catalog of licenses in support of this flexibility.
