The purpose of the Update to this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to correct the NAICS code to 541519 and extend the Questions and Proposal Submittal dates as reflected in the revised SSN. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Information Technology and Information Management services for the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE) located at Fort Sam Houston TX. The MEDCoE G6 supports the 68W Combat Medic, the second largest Military Occupational Skill in the Army. Due to the change in MEDCoE Programs of Instruction and Distributed Learning, there's been an increased number of laptops purchased to support training and education. As a result, the MEDCoE G6 requires additional help desk support services for the students and staff of MEDCoE end user devices. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached herein.
