This is a request for a firm-fixed-price contract modification to extend existing full food services at six dining facilities on Fort Bliss, Texas. The purpose is to prevent an interruption in essential food services. The current contract expires on January 31, 2026, and the extension will be funded using Fiscal Year 2026 Operations and Maintenance Army funds. This extension will provide continuity while the Army finalizes plans for a new Campus Style Dining Venue program.
