This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, not an RFQ, IFB, or RFP, and it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Department of the Army Inspector General (DAIG) training division intends a brand-name sole-source procurement for a Question Mark software license. The software will support examinations and surveys and enhance operational readiness and administrative capabilities within the U.S. Army Inspector General Office. The Government will not pay for information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. If a competitive solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov.
