The Contractor shall ensure latrines and hand washing stations are delivered with all necessary original equipment parts IAW the operator’s manual and this PWS with fully stocked relevant items (paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.). All items must be fully functional IAW the operator’s manual. The Government reserves the right to vary quantities and locations due to changing mission requirements. All latrines and handwashing station are to be delivered to designated locations by the Contractor. All submissions must utilize the attached Bid Sheet with their quote (PWS Attachment 3).
