Contractor shall provide non-personal services to the Government with ice storage solutions at the locations specified in Attachment 1. This capability would include both the equipment to store both bag and blocked ice quantities specified in Attachment 1, as well as the maintenance required to ensure continuous operation. The ice that is delivered shall be maintained at an industry standard temperature, which is defined as 0-20 degrees Fahrenheit. The contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these storage containers. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the temperature of these containers and able to respond within eight hours for repair if the equipment fails to meet these specifications. The contractor shall accomplish services in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). CORs on ground will ensure consistent operation of ice storage and will report issues if they arise. Ice storage solutions should be sized appropriately to match the quantities described at each location.
