This is a contract and non-personal services contract to support United States Army, Headquarters Medical Command (USA HQ MEDCOM. SCOPE: The Vendor shall provide a new Audio Visual (AV) system to support multiple modes of operation to include local presentations, unclassified and secret video teleconference (SVTC) calls from MS Teams, Global Video Services (GVS), and Cisco Meeting App (CMA). The new AV system must meet or exceed all requirements The Vendor shall install, test, facilitate, operate, troubleshoot, and perform diagnostics of secure video conference component systems and equipment in the following two (2) locations: • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Command Conference Room • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Room 060 The Vendor shall install noise generators/noise masking and marquis in the following four (4) locations: • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Command Conference Room • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Room 060 • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Room 028 • 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Room 025 • The Vendor shall install a GSA Class 5 IPS container in the following location: 2450 Connell Road, Building 2264, Room 028 closet next to Room 025, Inside Delivery to USAMEDCOM - 2450 Connell Road BLDG 2264 Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234. • This expanded capacity will facilitate the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) and allow capabilities and functions to mature across the command. It will transvers the DODIN-A or Commercial ISP to access a virtual environment that connects us to the CSfC. See attachments.
