This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for purchase and installation of furniture and is seeking vendors by issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide installation of auditorium seating and to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested business (large and small) to respond to this source sought synopsis. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women- Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set- aside. This is a non-personal services Firm Fixed Price contract to provide the purchase and installation of furniture for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), 3630 Stanley Road, Building 2840, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, incidentals, equipment, storage, assembly, expertise, and transportation necessary to perform the installation of all furniture as contained in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Questions for this source sought shall be submitted on or before 12:00PM CST on 27 Feb 2024. Government Response will be provided within 3 business days after receipt of all questions.
