A continuing need is anticipated for the follow-on acquisition of Caretaker Services at the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant (LSAAP). The Army is the owner of remaining parcels of land on LSAAP, the contractor shall be responsible for providing required/requested services for the active permitted units. This requirement for services includes an environmental program; maintaining the monuments needed for monitoring well locations and elevations; general security; building, structure, road and grounds maintenance; and performing semi-annual inspection, maintenance, and repairs to monitoring wells.
