This is a Request for Propsal for a follow-on acquisition of Caretaker Services at the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant (LSAAP). This service supports the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCA), G-9 Installation management Base Realignment and Closure. The closure supports LSAAP in Texarkana, to rehabilitate LSAAP to further its use apart from military uses. Services include an environmental program; maintaining the monuments needed for monitoring well locations and elevations; general security; building, structure, road and grounds maintenance; and performing semi-annual inspection, maintenance, and repairs to the monitoring wells. This period of performance for this requirement is for base year plus three option years. Please see the attached RFP (SF 1449) and supporting attachments as outlined in Section J of the RFP.
