24 Jan 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Command Contracting Office on behalf of the Headquarters Installation Management Command, Provost Marshal/Protect... 24 Jan 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Command Contracting Office on behalf of the Headquarters Installation Management Command, Provost Marshal/Protection Directorate, intends to negotiate and award a contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform all of the following capabilities using available COTS products in one streamline service program: Mobile Computing, In-car video, vehicle hardware install, data storage, and data archive in a FEDRAMP accredited data center that also provides real time viewing of in-car cameras during critical incidents in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government expects to publish the soilcitation (W9124J-23-R-0006) on or about 27 January 2023. Contract Type: A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) will be awarded. The award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be a 30-day phase in, one (1) eleven-month (11) month base year and four (4) twelve (12) month option years and a potential six (6) month extension under FAR 52.217-8, beginning 31 March 2023-30 March 2028.
