SYNOPSIS – SOLE SOURCE AWARD MyEvaluations.com Online Subscription AMEDDC&S The Mission Contracting Office, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, for the MyEvaluations.com Online Subscription. The applicable NAICS Code and Title are: 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The size standard for this NAICS code is $40.0M. The proposed sole source is a non-personal services contract to provide a subscription to an on-line, centralized database of information for use in evaluation the progress of students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program, located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. IDAPA (Inter-service Physician Assistant Program) Phase II Residency Program has a requirement for an on-line patient tracking program. This requisition is for AMEDDC&S, Fort Sam Houston TX which intends to issue a purchase order for the IPAP (Inter-service Physician Assistant Program) Phase II Residency Program which is held at 25 different sites around the country. The Navy has only one at San Diego, Air Force has 8 sites and the Army has the most with 15 sites. There are approximately 200 students currently going through the residency program. Each preceptor (approximately 15 per site) and the phase II site coordinator will be required to have access to the patent tracking program along with the 200 students.
