Purpose of this Revision to Solicitation W9124J-23-Q-0001 is to extend the Date of Offers are due from 14 March 2023 to 21 March 2023. Revision also has the effect of attaching Amendment 0001 and the Conformed Copy of the RFQ, which will need to be acknowledged and utilized for submittal of quote. The reason for this Amendment is to: - Delete CLIN 0002 - Delete Warranty CLINs 1001, 2001, and 3001; and - Incorporate all documents posted under SAM.gov; Purpose of this Revision to the Solicitation W9124J-23-Q-0001 shall extend the Date Offers are due from 28 February 2023 to 8 March 2023. Questions submitted on the day of the Deadline have been addressed and are attached herein. It should be noted that Quotes submitted before the 28 February 2023 Closing Date must be re-submitted once the RFQ has been revised, which will issued via SAM.gov before the new Closing Date of 8 March 2023. Again, drawing has not changed but only the removal of the required permission for access to this drawing. Would you happen to know the usual time frame to get access? Additionally, interested vendors shall request a copy of the Drawings, as there is an issue in downloading the document. The Date the Offers are Due remains the same. This is a new requirement and will be a one-time purchase. The buildings are high priority for the MICC, HQ which includes the Command Suite and the Gym. Replacement is needed to bring the security system from the older analog version to the new and improved digital camera system. Currently we are unable to install a digital network video recorder (NVR), due to the old cameras are an analog version and will not work with the current NVRs on the market. This will provide better coverage and increase the physical security posture of the buildings.
