===Update as of 24 March 2022 the Sources Sought Due date is 5 April 2022.==== The Government seeks to procure a non-personal services contract to provide for planning, operating, maintenance, and min... ===Update as of 24 March 2022 the Sources Sought Due date is 5 April 2022.==== The Government seeks to procure a non-personal services contract to provide for planning, operating, maintenance, and minor enhancement of Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and the Army Stationing and Installation Plan Secret (ASIP-S) database web based application and the analysis of data therein. The tasks within this contract require in-depth knowledge of Army force structure and DCS, G-9 Business Systems (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), and Installation Status Report (ISR)). The Contractor shall maintain the ASIP and ASIP-S, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), regardless of when a process, document, or system enhancement was developed. The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the ASIP and ASIP-S in their entirety, even if an issue resulted from an action taken outside of their period of performance. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of the ASIP and ASIP-S as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract as defined in the performance work.
