Amendment 0002: This is Amendment number two (0002) and its purpose is to provide responses to secondary questions received and a revised pricing matrix to correct phase-in and base year. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions recieved and provide revised documents related to those response. See SF 30 numbered 0001 This is a non-personal services contract to provide instructional design services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE)/Department of Operational Medicine (DoOM). Contractor shall provide Physician Assistant (PA) Technical Instructor Writer/SME III instructor services for the TCMC training program. This acquisition is a 8(a) Set-Aside under NAICS 611430: Professional and Management Development Training. Only Firms not exceeding the revenue size standard of $12M are eligible to submit an offer.
