The commercial software must be accessible by Android-and iOS-based applications and standard web browsers, have an advanced matching algorithm, require limited administrator oversight/direct intervention, and have or be working toward the ability for use on government systems. Additionally, the software licensing package should include readily accessible technical support, program training materials, and mentoring curriculum resources. Finally, the vendor should have experience and the ability to scale to support an expansion of the program beyond the pilot to support the entire enterprise.
