MEDCoE requires training and help desk support services on its web based scheduling program, TMSS, which fully manages and optimizes the usage of the MEDCoE resources (personnel, facilities, equipment, ammunition, training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations, reference materials, and supplies, produces training schedules, and capture utilization statistics. The contractor shall provide initial training and help desk support for the duration of the contract period of performance. The contractor shall provide training within 90 days after contract award. Training shall be provided via MicroSoft (MS) Teams in three (3) separate session.
