CST. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to provide a Government response to the below question received: Question: Following up with the incumbent solicitation, the total number of hours needed was 3000h/ Year; with one full-time and one part-time ESS Technicians. Would the government need the same hours of efforts for this requirement? Government Response: The historical workload for one full time technician at 1920 hours and one part time technician at 960 hours is 2,880 hours. The Government anticipates the same historical workload. The contractor should base it proposed hours off the requirements in the PWS. This amendment does not extend the closing of the solicitation due date. The Government has a requirement for certified and licensed Electronic Security Systems Technicians to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and install, various security system infrastructures, software applications, hardware, and software devices. This security system comprises the infrastructure that is deployed throughout MEDCoE facilities in order to meet security measures necessary to ensure physical security standards are sufficient to protect personal and government property. The requirement covers Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston proper, and Camp Bullis, a sub-installation of JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. NOTE!
