This is a brand name acquisition and the intent of this notice is to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide court reporting technology integrated with Eclipse Vox and ASR Software (Speechmatics) which shall be utilized to record, playback, translate various court martial proceedings. Interest sources shall be an authorized dealer/re-seller of the brand name Eclipse Vox & Speechmatics softwares. Attachments include sources sought notice and drafted Statement of Work (SOW).
