PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FOR Program/Project Management, Instructor/Instructional Delivery, Design & Curriculum Development, and Multimedia Support Services The purpose of this admendment is to adjust the solicitation release date to on/about 15 Mar 2022. SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN UPDATED TO W9124J-22-R-0003 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide a non-personal services contract to provide project management, instructional design, training development and delivery (Instructors) and multimedia development support services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the Academy of Health Sciences, U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE). The work covered under this contract may also support organizations assigned to Fort Sam Houston (FSH) and Camp Bullis (CB), Texas. The contractor shall provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the United States (U.S.) Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) and its training mission. The Contractor shall ensure, proper education, skills, experience, and all required professional certifications/licenses (current and valid) for each applicable occupation category before commencement of work.
