The U.S. Government has a contemplated requirement to procure all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and its classified component Technical Support Services as identified in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. The purpose of this Request for Information is to help the Contracting Officer determine if there is a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns that are competitive in terms of market prices, quality, and delivery, In Accordance With FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government encourages all businesses (large & small), in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement.
