The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items for non-personal services necessary to perform duties as a Concept and Capabilities Specialist. The Concept and Capabilities Specialist shall be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Army Health System concepts and capabilities development. This includes development of a medical concept of support and medical force structure requirements; support capability development as part of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); and other responsibilities as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance to the PWS.
