The purpose of this second amendment is to provide instructions for including the Quality Control Plan in proposals. These instructions are included on the attached amendment 0002. Offerors shall review the instructions on attached amendment 0002 and provide acknowledgement of the amendment in their proposal in accordance with the instructions listed in block 11 of the attached amendment 0002. The deadline for receiving proposals is NOT extended. This solicitation is hereby amended. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes to the Performance Work Statement and to the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. These changes are highlighted in yellow. Offerors shall review the highlighted changes in the attached amendment #0001 and provide acknowledgement of the amendment in their proposal in accordance with the instructions listed in block 11 of the attached amendment #0001. Additionally, answers to questions posed by potential offerors are also attached. Offerors are advised to review the questions and answers. No further questions will be accepted for this amended solicitation. Finally, the deadline for receiving proposals has been extended to 10:00AM Central Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, 10 June 2020. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Sam Houston has a requirement to procure all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and Army Stationing and Installation Plan- Secret (ASIP-S) as identified in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included therein. All interested vendors must respond in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and its related addendums within the RFP. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) because market research indicated there is a reasonable expectation of receiving offers from 2 or more WOSBs.
