This is an amendment to provide answers to all industry submitted questions. As part of this amendment posting, the deadline for proposals of 16 December 2019, remains unchanged and the posting has been revised to correct the erroneous previous date. This is Request for Proposal to support a Department of Defense (DoD) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Element Training and Evaluation Support Services requirement. Please see attachments included herein for all details. This requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside. Responses are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the attachments. Any and all questions must be submitted via email, using the provided question matrix, to the listed points of contact, no later than 3:00pm CST, 27 November 2019. This will ensure that responses are provided in a timely manner. All responses are due no later than 3:00pm CST, 16 December 2019.
