Amendment 03 of the solicitation is completed to provide dail-in information for the upcoming Bid Opening, scheduled at 1:30pm CDT on 14 April 2020. As detailed in the previous Amendment, due to the current public health emergency declared in response to the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bid Opening will be held via teleconference. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Single Award Task... 15 January 2020 This pre-solicitation notice revision is provided to change the solicitation number form W9124J-20-R-0007 to W9124J-20-B-0002. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Concrete Installation and Maintenance Construction Services. The Solicitation number for this requirement is W9124J-20-B-0002, and the project’s magnitude is more than $10,000,000.00. This will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, and will be competed utilizing the 8(a) program in accordance with FAR Part 19.805-1. This requirement is for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, to provide construction services, specifically for the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, transportation and equipment to include but not limited to the alteration, maintenance, removal and repairs of streets, curb and gutter repairs, parking lots, sidewalk, removal and or application of concrete, sealing and or replacement of concrete on surfaces requiring concrete. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) SATOC IDIQ with an expected five (05) year ordering period from the date of award for construction services at the following locations Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia; Joint Base Myer – Henderson Hall, Virginia; Rivanna Station, Virginia; Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia; and Fort McNair, Washington, DC. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or about 27 February 2020, with any bids from interested parties due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is posted. A formal response date will be added when the solicitation is published. Interested parties shall review this pre-solicitation posting and the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and submit a request for the IFB electronically with the Subject Line Reference: Request for the IFB for Sol.
