SDVOSB was inadventantly selected. As mentioned below this solicitation is 100% small business set aside subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act. A priority right to operate dining facilities on federal property applies as defined in Army Regulation 30-22. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston (W9124J) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Full Food Services (FFS) under the Army Food Program for dining facilities at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (Camp Parks), Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL), and Presidio of Monterey (POM). The vehicle to be used for this acquisition will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The requirement will have a 5-year ordering period as well as clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The period of performance will be from 1 Aug 2019 through 31 January 2025, including 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This Pre-solicitation Notice is posted in response to the sources sought inquiry W9124J-19-R-FFSC, which was posted on 30 August 2018. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act. A priority right to operate dining facilities on federal property applies as defined in Army Regulation 30-22. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunity website on or about 26 April 2019 with an anticipated closing dated on or about 21 May 2019.
