This is a non-personal services contract to provide for planning, operating, maintenance, and enhancement of the Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) and the analysis of data therein. The tasks within this contract require in-depth knowledge of real property policy, master planning policy, Army force structure, Army facility management, Army space planning criteria, Army Standards and OACSIM Business Systems (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), RPLANS, and Installation Status Report (ISR)). The Contractor shall maintain RPLANS, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), The period of performance shall be for one (1), 8 month base period and four (4), 12 month option periods. This acquisition is a 100% HubZone Set Aside under NAICS 541512, Computers System Design Services. Only Firms not exceeding the revenue size standard of $27.5M are eligible to submit an offer.
