This requirement is to provide the services of two Resource Efficiency Managers (REMs) at HQ IMCOM, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The REM services willbe in support of multiple IMCOM installations and their efforts to reduce energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, utilities costs, and comply with all applicable energy related federal laws and Executive Orders, to include but not limited to the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT 2005), Executive Order 13423 "Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management" and the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA) of 2007.
