This is a non-personnel services contract to perform the de-installation of Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment in the existing Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Brown, Stinson and Lucas Stage Field... This is a non-personnel services contract to perform the de-installation of Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment in the existing Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Brown, Stinson and Lucas Stage Fields located at Fort Rucker, AL and the relocation and re-installation of the ATC equipment into newly constructed ATCT at Brown, Stinson, and Lucas Stage Fields as per building design. Installation shall include all required cabling and grounding as specified in the appropriate regulations and standards FAA-STD-019e and MIL-STD-188-124(B). All associated ATC equipment shall be installed in the new ATCT per above criteria and made ready for occupancy and the control of air traffic operations.
