All responses shall be received no later than 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. A priced quote is the only volume being requested. By submitting a quote, the vendor is taking responsibility for technical capabilities of performing this requirement. No technical volume or past performance is required The Government is requesting a non-personnel services contract to provide electrical services to install a power station in Hangar 2418. The power station installation encompasses the installation of equipment where none currently exist. The power station will provide power for a training device in support of MOS 15Y training and will be situated appropriately to enable full operation of the training device. See Attachment 2_Performance Work Statement for more details. This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS code 238210 with a standard size of $19 million and PSC code N061 as lowest- price technically acceptable (LPTA) under FAR Part 13 and as a 100% small business set-aside with no specific category. This contract is for an estimated ONE YEAR with an estimated period of performance (POP) of 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026.
