Original (29 Aug 2023): This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124G23Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336411 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The MICC End User requires the service as specified in Section C of the attached RFQ titled W9124G23Q0002. The completion date in this RFQ is only an estimate. The quoter should state their estimated completion date in their quote. Questions concerning this solicitation will be accepted up to 5 September 2023, 12:00 PM CST. Fort Novosel does not commit to providing responses to questions submitted after 5 September 2023; however attempts to answer all relevant questions will be made.
