This is a solicitation for Fixed Wing Flight Training services to support Fort Rucker, AL. Mission and Installation Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis contracting office anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month phase-in period, one (1) 12-month base period and seven (7) 12-month option periods. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The designated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611512 (Flight Training) and the small business size standard is $30 million. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation, W9124G22R0002, and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via the sam.gov website. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions must be submitted by 10:00AM EST on 24 February 2022. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month phase-in period, one (1) 12-month base period and seven (7) 12-month option periods. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation depending on what is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Description of Requirement: The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE)'s mission is to provide the Army with professionally trained aviators and non-rated crew members through planning, coordinating, and executing formal flight instruction at the undergraduate and graduate level. The USAACE has a diverse mission and continues to support the Army Aviation Branch by producing the world's best aviators.
