The 128th Aviation Brigade has the requirement to train Aviation Soldiers on Program Managed software that has instances of adobe flash that has been removed from the Army Golden Master computer images. The commercial services sought by the 128th may include but are not limited to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS). This is a Platform as a Service (PAAS) service contract to provide a training environment to host the 12-source training Virtual Desktop Images (VDI) for the 128TH Aviation Brigade on Non-Secure Internet Protocol Routing Network (NIPRnet). The platform hosting the VDI images will need to have the ability to store 1000 persistent user accounts. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider staff performing the services herein. Such contract service provider staff shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government.
