Amendment: The amendment serves the purpose of providing the Government answer to vendor questions and updated documents to correlate with answered questions. This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services to U.S. Army Garrison Ft. Rucker, AL. Services include scheduling and performance of mowing and trimming; leaf and debris removal; hedge, and shrub pruning, and fertilization. Services support grounds in the cantonment area on Fort Rucker and government-owned and leased acreage located off post. Service is expected to begin 1 March 2026. This will be a Base Plus Six Year Contract with an optional 6 month extension. Please see attachments for additional information.
