The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 05-May-2021. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) and the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 22.1006(a), this acquisition shall comply with the Service Contract Act of 1965. This acquisition is to provide repair of the Access Control Systems purchased by the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) at Fort Rucker, in order to provide a secure environment for the barracks of 1-13 Aviation (Buildings 6103, 6104, 6105 and 6106). All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform CCTV System improvements and upgrades as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
