Solicitation Amendment No. 01 Incorporates Attachment No. 04 – Questions & Answers (Q&A) ****************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124G-21-R-0009 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 05-May-2021. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 335999 – All other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component and the small business size standard of 500 employees. Pursuant to FAR 22.1006(a), this acquisition shall comply with the Service Contract Act of 1965. This acquisition is for the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and parts required to perform the standard maintenance of four (4) existing Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and nine (9) batteries for proprietary data and equipment associated with Vertiv, now the parent company for Liebert. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
