This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124G-21-R-0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 05-May-2021. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 71130 - Musical Groups and Artists and the small business size standard is $12.0 million. Pursuant to FAR 22.1006(a), this acquisition shall comply with the Service Contract Act of 1965. This acquisition is for a non-personal service Catholic Musician that is capable to provide Essential Elements of Religious Services (EERS) for Catholic Soldiers and Family members and authorized personnel of the command. The musician should be able to play selected hymns from the Chapel hymnbook and/or other current/historical Catholic sheet music. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
