The initial meeting location is at the Third (3rd) Floor conference room in the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Polk, LA Office (located to your left when exiting the elevator and at the end of the hall). Site visit participants will depart promptly at 08:30 AM CST. Site visit participants should be prepared for a long and potentially hot humid weather day with a period of long uninterrupted viewing of buildings as the site is not scheduled to stop for any breaks. Site visit participants are reminded that photographs are not allowed, including all smart phone devices, without approval from the Fort Polk Installation. Visitors will have to enter Fort Polk from the main entrance gate and go through the 24 hour visitor center’s process to gain entry to the installation. The U.S. Government desires to procure the inspection and cleaning of vent hood exhaust and inspection of fire suppression systems in kitchens on Fort Polk, Louisiana on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
