The Sustainment Operations Cell (SOC) requires services for the contractor to provide delivery, service, re-location and pickup of Government Owned portable chemical latrines. The Government owns approximately 1,100 portable chemical latrines which are utilized during military training events throughout the year. The training areas the portable chemical latrines will be moved to include, but not limited to, the Fort Polk Military Reservation, the Kisatchie National Forest, Peason Ridge, Kurthwood and/or Simpson Training areas.
