The contractor will provide all necessary resources to upgrade D-21 Windows 11 technology and support the Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting Systems for the Fort Knox Directorate of Emergency Services. This critical system supports real-time fire and police dispatching and base-wide alarm monitoring. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Monaco Enterprises Incorporated of Spokane Valley, Washington. Performance will support the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Knox. The solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov.
