This is a non-personal services contract to provide co-located services to support the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) during the period of performance 02-06 June 2025. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the government.
