The United States (U.S.) Government anticipates a projected solicitation date of 13 Aug 2025 and projected award date of 1 Sept 2025, subject to change. The solicitation is expected to be for the procurement of a Firm Fixed Price single award IDIQ supply contract to support for the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). This requirement is for printing perforated window film graphics as well as providing the non-personal ancillary service(s) such as coordinating, installing and/or removing window film for up to 615 USAREC recruiting offices. The anticipated ordering period will be for a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years from which orders will be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard $9,000,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 9905, Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates. Deatils and specific tasks are outlined in Part 4 of the Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW and the two technical exhibits are for planning and information purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government, nor will the government pay for any information solicited. All requirements are preliminary, and the government reserves the right to make any changes deemed appropriate. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this pre-solicitation notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on the SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offeror to respond to the solicitation when it is posted.
