The contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in this PWS and associated contract documents, except for those items specified in Part 3 Government Property and Services. The contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents. In addition, the contractor shall provide for the replacement of aging equipment and a maintenance contract that will support the current universal cellular booster system that will maintain coverage for all carriers including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile with at least 3 bars. Services include management, supervision, labor, transportation, replacement parts, product assembly, material handling equipment and disposal of all debris. The contractor shall provide all labor to include travel to support the system. Please complete the attached SF1499, Addendum to 52.212-1 and email.
