This is a Solicitation for the following Requirement. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide fully furnished lodging, facilities, internet, hot meals, & 24-hour security for 350 Cadets and 50 Cadre from 16-21 June 2024 in order to support the JROTC Cadet Leadership Camp (JCLC) STEM Challenge for Broward County Schools in Florida. Place of performance required within 50 miles of Nova High School, 3600 College Ave, Davie, FL 33314. Please see attached Standard Form 1449 for submittal of a Quote. AMENDMENT 0001: This Amendment increases the quantity for CLIN 0001 description f or Cadet breakfast, CLIN 0002 description for Cadet lunch, CLIN 0003 description f or Cadet dinner, CLIN 0007 description f or Lodging, and CLIN 0008 description for Security by 100 from 250 to 350. This Amendment extends the offer due date from 11 June 2024 at 11:00 AM ET (Fort Knox local time) to 11 June 2024 at 2:00 PM ET (Fort Knox local time). This Amendment updates the Performance Work Statement paragraph 5.1.2 Meals Table to identify headcount for Cadet dinner on 18-19 June 2024.
