This requirement is for a non-personal service(s) providing facilities, lodging, logistical support, meals, training areas, and training activities which are co-located for the attendees of the 8th Brigade, United States Army Cadet Command (USACC), Western High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) from 8 March 2024 to 10 March 2024. Please see solicitation and PWS attached for additional requirements. QUALIFICATION: Offeror responding to this solicitation MUST provide certification of accreditation in a program providing a suitable and established leadership program at time of solicitation in order to be considered. Questions to this solicitation are due by e-mail to Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil by 19 February 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (Fort Knox, KY, Local Time) in order to allow a response prior to the quote due date. The solicitation (SF1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Quotes are due by e-mail no later than 22 February 2024 at 11:00 AM to Cara Johnson at: cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil in accordance with Block 8 of the solicitation (SF 1449) or as amended by the latest issued amendment. Faxed or late quotes WILL NOT be accepted. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. The SF1449 must be completed in its entirety and submitted in accordance with the instructions to offerors.
