The United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) operates General Services Administration (GSA) leased vehicles in all 48 continental United States and Puerto Rico. GSA plates vehicles are subject to paying toll by all local tolling authorities. The GSA lease does not provide a method to pay tolls through the lease agreement or through charges passed back to the utilizing agency through a “bill back.” The Government intends to contract for toll aggregation services for the General Services Administration (GSA) lease vehicles in the USAREC fleet. The fleet of government owned vehicles (GOVs) is spread across the country and needs the ability to travel on toll roads without interruption using automated transponders or other technology with an internet-based reporting and billing system. The full requirement for contractor provided toll aggregation services includes transponder equipment and customer support Amendment 0001 is posted to reflect all Questions and Answers received during the Question Phase. No other changes to the Solicitation and the closing date/time remains unchanged.
