The Contractor shall provide meal services for 600 personnel scheduled to attend JCLC Mountain located at AP Hill, Virginia, during the period 25-30 June 2023. The government will provide a fully functional dining facility at Building 1690, Wilcox Campsite, Fort AP Hill, Virginia for all meals to be prepared and served. Contractor will have access to warming and cooling equipment inside the building to include drink fountains and coffee machines for beverages. The contractor must be on the approved list of vendors due to the vetting process and 30-day approval required by the Fort A.P. Hill, Food Service Manager.
