The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Knox intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide boxed meals for applicants processing through the El Paso, Texas Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Please note, the El Paso MEPS is located on Fort Bliss, a Department of Defense Military Installation. The base period of performance is 15 March 2023, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 14 March 2024, with two one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set- aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System 311991 (Size Standard: 500 employees) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The RFQ will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 18 January 2023 with quotes due on or about 30 January 2023. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled, and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract.
