The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for the planning, coordinating, of the Army JLABs, consisting of a Leadership Bowl, Academic Bowl and Essay contest as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. JLAB is a long running leadership symposium and academic bowl, providing forums for high performing Cadets to study, plan, compete, and collaborate with their Cadet peers from across the Army JROTC. This program includes an online segment for thousands of Cadets as well as a resident segment for teams with the best scores. JLAB also affords the opportunity for Cadets to interact with notable leaders and guest speakers, while generating opportunities for positive media. See PWS for further details.
